The Author agrees that the Administration has the right to place advertising banners, announcements, and other information at its discretion on pages containing the Author's Materials.

The Author may not post (including mass posting) advertising or agitation Materials (including banners), commercial offers, or anti-advertising, or other Materials unrelated to the Author's interests.

Until established otherwise, all personal property and non-property rights to the Materials belong to the Author who posted them. The Author is warned about the responsibility established by current legislation for the unlawful use and posting of other people's works. If it is established that the Author who posted the text or photo is not their copyright holder, these Materials will be immediately withdrawn from public access at the first request of the legal copyright holder.

The Administration strives to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the Site but is not responsible for the complete or partial loss of Materials posted by the Author, as well as for the Site's operability or insufficient quality or speed of service provision.

The Administration has the right to refuse publication of material without explaining reasons and without refunding compensation.

The Administration bears no responsibility for any damage caused and does not guarantee the impossibility of unauthorized access to any information you provide. This information may be accessible to anyone who has access to the Site. The Administration reserves the right to edit and delete any information that is explicitly offensive, in which scenes or elements of violence, the use of obscene expressions, rude attitude, racial or religious intolerance can be recognized with the aim of offending or humiliating the feelings of believers or other participants of the site, propaganda and public demonstration of Nazi attributes or symbols, incitement to ethnic hatred, as well as any other information contrary to the laws of the Russian Federation and norms of human morality.

The User Agreement can be changed by the Administration without any special notification.

In case of the adoption of regulatory acts by the authorities affecting the entire or partial operation of the Site, the Administration reserves the right to make any changes in the operation of the Site aimed at bringing it into compliance with the new norms.
